Being successful in life and living in Europe is nice but it comes with big price " La Nostagie". Frankly I don't know where to start from, I try to write few sentences about the whole region. These small villages (Tefeschoun, Chiffalo, Bou ismail, Bouharoun and Berard) were in the 70's beautiful, clean and above all the people were nice. I went to school (CEG) when Mr Meftahi was Director, there were good teachers but bad ones as well. I don't want to mention the names but I had the time of my life, Bou ismail was also vibrant those days. Then I went to the Ibn hawqal Lycee, three years in heaven, great teachers and pupils, it was the best period of my life before I joined University in Algeria and UK. I remember vividly the beauty of the city centre. I still have great friends all over the region, I hope we'll meet sometime somewhere to celebrate what it was the best period of our lives. Most of people of my generation are now successful in their lives, some of them teachers, others engineers.....
I adored going to see the OL football club and Tefeschoun, they were rivals but in a good way. I honestly think Bou ismail and its surounding is just beautiful and could be a potential touristic region.
And finaly, I just want to say a big HELLO to all the people I know in Bou ismail, Tefeschoun, Chiffalo, Berard and Bouharoun. If you ever read this email and recognise me then just drop an email: abdelkader_mekki@hotmail.com
